By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment must be made at the time of order using the payment methods available.
4. Delivery
We deliver to addresses within the EU and UK. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (Right of Withdrawal under EU law). To exercise this right, contact us at contact@maisonannab.com within 14 days. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We aim to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it.
